Congratulations to Heather Ann! Only the happiest wishes coming your way! And I was laughing reading her blog seeing that she is waiting for snow! Okay it was 24 degrees here yesterday! BRRRR! No sandals for me now! LOL But there it's been snowing..just not enough to stick yet. But tonight we finished our last minute SNOW GEAR for the kids! I even found toddler waterproof gortex mittens! Yee haw! And boots and hats and scarves and yup we'll be warm here building our snow bunnies! LOL Yup Chayce keeps saying "Mommy I want to build a snow bunny and several other animals to go with her"! LOL Maybe we'll have a snow zoo in our front yard! LOL But we are definitely getting excited for it! :)

And my sweet friend Kristie is having one FABULOUS sale and has KILLER new goodies at her site! Be sure to go check it out cuz I said so! LOL Here are three pages I "therapeutically" enjoyed creating with her stuff! YUM! Happy Friday! :)

Winter....

is sooooo close and this is how I am enjoying it! LOL Seriously there is nothing like sitting down scrapping while enjoying one of these! Pumpkin Spice Latte babes! YUMMMMEEEEZ! And I looove this Winter blend! YUM!

Sooooo, this weeked was definitely FUN! Today it was freeeezing! LOL Lots of snow on the mountains! :) FUN! My kids are soooo getting excited about having snow in their backyard soon! :)   

I did manage to snap a few this afternoon! Only for a tad cuz the kiddies were ancy and getting cold! LOL Matt was not happy! LOL I think I need to plan on setting up SHOP (studio) at home and get all the lighting and stuff! So on grouchy days I can still get some good shots! LOL
I couldn't resist this though! LOL

I don't know..maybe it's just me or I am just in one sappy mood lately...but I guess this year has been just one that has made me think of what I am most grateful for...and I think without a doubt it's our lil guys.  Just in general, them, their health, their safety, their personalities, just them being them.

Isn't this banner just darling? As soon as I saw it, I had to have it! :) Sooo, today I pick up our dd from school and she's carrying this! Are kids crafts just the cuuuuutest ever? Of course it will be our centerpiece this Thanksgiving! :) I live for these things! Really!

 

And grandpa found this fun blueberry imac the other day and so it's in our daughter's room. She's in heaven! The girl looooves playing and loves solitaire! Oh she's just like her mommy! LOL

And of course the boys love it too! LOL

Oh what a day...

lil miss procrastinator...

took foooooooorever and a day and even a year to choose a Digital SLR camera! Seriously, my dh is laughing at me soooo bad! Probably Shari too! LOL I kept going back and forth on what one and even if I should get one! LOL Well look at what is sitting on my shabby desk! :) The Canon 30d! I am soooo stoked to play but have to go find some more shabby goodies for the shop! I can't wait and whew...glad that is over! LOL Procrastination is not a fun thing! Happy Weekend!

A Special Thing...

to do with your kids! Operation Christmas Child.   We did this last year for the first time with our daughter Chayce. But this year we knew Joshua would want to participate in it as well.  We took all our kiddies to the toy store last week. We gave them each one of those plastic carrying carts (even Matt so he could feel involved-LOL) and told them to pick out toys they would like but that would be for a little girl and boy their age who weren't going to possibly get much for Christmas this year. Anyways, they had a blast!! Picking out toys they would like and giggling all through the aisles! LOL So then after we were done, we sat down and made sure they were ready to not take these toys home for themselves. But that they were okay with giving them away. Chayce was growing attached to a stuffed teddy bear she put in there so she traded it for something else..I think it was a doll. And Josh was getting attached to a little horn he got.  So we put that back and got something else. I was actually really tickled to see them know that they were okay with giving these toys away!

So the other day we packed them up, wrapped them and Chayce and Josh made and drew a special card for their boy and girl. So sweet! Their little hearts were genuinely happy to be giving something special away. 

Yesterday morning, I snapped of few of them ready to give their gifts away. I was soo PROUD of them for having no attachment at all to these toys! Josh was more than sweet saying "This is my present for my little boy". LOL How sweet are little babies? Anyways, just wanted to share this and definitely encourage anyone who is thinking of getting their child involved in "giving" this holiday, it is such an amaaazing thing to watch and experience with them! :)

We shopped....

Actually we did shop today and I am beside myself..I bought a pair of cute camo pants! LOL Maybe I'm feeling old! But I just told the hubby, I am in a "funky" mood lately! LOL Okay now look at how totally darling our lil Santa guys are! My word! My sweet friend, the Princess, totally ROCKS everything she creates! Amaaazing stuff!!!!! Go out and get her goodies! I love love love the cards, the little albums...the kit...just awesome!  One essential kit to have...like NOW! LOL
