Hey girls! Sooo glad to see you are liking all the new goodies at the shoppe! Soooo, I usually always get emails about getting on the team and such. So since it usually takes me days to get someone new on the team...probably weeks since I'm a total slowpoke...I decided to have an open call for some guest "Shabby Girls'.
Basically, you can apply by emailing me here. And please send me 5 of your favorite layouts and a link to one of your galleries..or a few links. LOL I soo don't mind going through them. And basically, requirements are 3-4 layouts per month and to HAVE FUN! LOL Um if you don't have fun I'll be totally upset! LOL NO just teasing. But for real, just a fun time to scrap with the shabby girls and get creative!
So please go ahead and shoot me an email. And I'll be picking some girls soon. And probably some for months to come. Just to make this one huge fun scrap party! :)

Okay so I was thinking of just doing a post for the new goodies at the shoppe but I think I'll just combine it into this one...so here we go! LOL
What a weekend! Full of fun stuff! Check out these hot studs who were at my house yesterday! LOL It was quite a fun bbq yesterday at our casa. No seriously, these dudes are my dh's buddies...and I think one was not in this picture. Anyways, I don't think I laughed so hard! They rip some hilarious funnies that make you cry laughing. It was definitely a fun time. And little Mr. Matthew was the official "Chip Boy". Always carrying the huge
tray of chips and salsa and even the potato chips. Seriously funny lil dude we have here!
Also, I loove gymboree. And when I saw this adorable dress, I had to order it along with these cuuute other things. Seriously, this dress reminds me so much of vintage style! And it's so cute on Chayce. I'll have to snap a pic of her in it soon.

...when I see something come right into my inbox...ie newsletter..and I quickly fall in love with something cute or spectacular, I pretty much rush to that store and buy whatever it is I like. And this page of goodies are my "don't hesitate one second so go out and get it" purchases! You can get these cuute things too here, here, here, here, and here!
I can get all funktified trying to change things..ie blog design, web design...anything! Just went crazy last night trying to redo this thing. I love all the sweet emails you all send and am afraid I should confess something right now. I suffer from "the world has got to see HUGE LARGE pictures on my blog" syndrome! I know..really sad. I know several of you have smaller computer screens than I do. And I always automatically think you see what I see. Well, not the case. So, in effort to make things cleaner, nicer, more balanced, I have downscaled the size of my blog and pics! Meaning hopefully my pictures won't scare you to death anymore. :) So if you feed readers say SMJ blog has over 100 posts..well...I'm just going through and downsizing pics. I still have way more to do so just ignore my posts! LOL And hopefully this blog of mine will be more easy to read.
I really had wanted Miss Pea to redo the blog. But I know that my picky ways would have gotten the best of me...and probably would have redone whatever beautiful thing she created. I know..crazy. So, I labor and redo it myself...at least I can learn a few new things now and then. But after doing just this..which really is not much as for design, holy moly, Miss Pea you should charge a ton for your labor!

So, I have to say thank you for all your posts and comments about the doggie thing. Really gonna think hard on it but I know Chayce is totally looking forward to dressing up a pet! LOL
And had to snap this shot of Josh yesterday. After minutes of whining, he gave up in the chair! I love it when they do that..just feel so comfortable that they fall asleep anywhere in your house.
And right now I am totally feeling this song!!! I remember being 9 dancing to this song with my little girlfriends in Huntington Beach..Anna and Danielle...using brooms for microphones! LOL A great hit for the summer..even now!
And in honor of happy Friday, some Friday pretties! Oh and isn't this pooch so cute? We are dog hunting...well taking our time but definitely researching. And we are hoping for a smaller type dog. Just thought this lil pooch was absolutely cute! What kind of dog do you have? We've always had beagles..love those dogs..but just might try a different breed this time! Happy weekend! :)

And here's a cute old picture I found of my sweet hubby as a lil dude sleepin' on the couch with his daddy! And yes he still does this..falls asleep on the couch..all the time. Anyone else's guy do this too? :)
