A Bowling We Will Go....+ a new years freebie..

Happy New Year! Just wanted to share some bowling pics from yesterday! OMG such a blast! Pair it up with nachos, fries, the claw game, sodas and giggles and it makes for one exciting day!  I used my lil Shelia's actions she made for me...she just rocks! LOL I TOTALLY think she should sell these custom actions because one-they save me so much time getting pics done for the bloggie but two-they just ROCK! She is sooooo awesome! Love ya Lanne!

K so have to say that bowling shoes are my all time favorites!  Ever since High School, the eclectic dude named "dale" from Art Class had these shoes...he wore them everyday. They are so radical! I wish I had a pair of pink ones! LOL But to see 'baby' size bowling shoes, just melted my heart! Aren't these the cutest?

Here Mattie is picking out what ball he wanted. Of course guess who got the pink bowling ball? Chayce! LOL Literally Mattie and Josh were so intrigued (always are when we bowl) at where the ball comes out. Peeping down that tunnel imagining that some monster lives in there and he magically delivers the bowling balls back every time. Cracks me up! :)

And then Chayce had to high rise her arms every time she scored. Boy she really bowled well for an 8 yr old. Chris is the master of bowling. All those late nights bowling before college finals really trained him well. I'm no good so this time I sat and watched and shot pics. My kinda fun really.

SO yesterday made for one pretty LONG day! Several hours of fun of bowling and the shopping shopping shopping. I got some awesome new silk BROWN pillows for my couch! Aren't these cute? See no more pink! LOL

And shopping for snow gear for tomorrow. That will be so much fun! We live to be outdoors and the cold and snow doesn't stop us. Enjoy your  New Years everyone! And special freebie to you all! SMJ

of Xmas..Did you all have a great one? Totally hope so! Here's just a few snaps of the kiddies ripping open their presents from Santa. These toys were HUGE TASKS to put together! LOL Check out the HUGE MONSTROUS pirate ship that Josh begged Santa for.  Matt loves his Geo Train and Chayce got the whole mansion of Littlest Pets and a ton of Webkinz.  LOL

Craft Time

So hope you all are doing great! Seems like it's a mad rush time to get projects and gifts done and wrapped! SO I wanted to share a few of my favorite things I did this year...um..last night! LOL  First off, Shutterfly! Amazing prints, cards and scrap pages! I ordered these and they turned out fabulous!


This huge 12" x 12" one is totally my favorite! It came out so crisp and clear! Awesome! And picked up this 12" frame at Michaels...$4.99...pennies...made for a fabulous gift! I always get tons of emails asking me how these digital pages turn out after scrapping them. Basically they look exactly like your screen except it's on paper! Does this Santa page not look dimensional? Photoshop is so awesome.

I was up way late last night finishing these! I had to make 50 for Chayce and Joshua's class! Boy Josh was tickled to see the result. I don't think he realized HE would be the one giving these away and he was very excited about that.

And I sliced up this freebie and made quick gift tags for them. 

Last week I got my awesome order from Danielle! These went in cards for family. OMG! To die for amazing! Awesome quality and Danielle just ROCKED these!!!!!!!! Each came in their own sealed container to protect! And I am sure they will be well loved and well used on everyone's fridges! :) TY Danielle! xoxo

And finally gifts for Chayce and Josh' teachers...MASSIVELY huge candy bar wrappers! YUM! The kids just loved seeing these wrapped around yummy chocolate!

And.....he......

did it! LOL Matt sat on Santa's lap! I know! Compared to last year..this pic was hilarious. I was kinda hoping to get another pic like that...but no.  This year he loved Santa, sat on his lap and stood there telling him what he wanted for Xmas. So cute.
After that we got our annual family ornament! Another fun tradition. This was last years. And now this one is this years.

Chayce had to stop buy Build a Bear to kinda scope out the new cuddlies. She wants gift cards to that place so she was kinda spotting a few and some new outfits too. She LOVES that place.

And here's a cute of Mattie in the car! LOL Hope you all have a great Tuesday!

BTW a few days ago Lanne did a Screen Share with me! HOLY SMOKES! That was the coolest thing ever! We were talking over the computer..gosh she has an amazing Australian voice and she was showing me how to  do textures and actions on photos. The girl is SO TALENTED! But seriously, just so cool. And then I got control of her mouse so I could play on her screen too! Just awesome fun and our kids loved hearing her and watching her work!

Some Saturday Fun...

Just wanted to post a few pics of today! I have no idea if you all are like us but lately it's now a rush rush to get all this fun holiday stuff done! LOL Got the xmas cards out yesterday! So whew! And am just starting on the presents!

Today was our annual trip to ride on the Santa train! The kids just go bazerk over this! LOL It's their Polar Express ride and they love seeing Santa on the train.

Also we made our fun Xmas Trees. You use sugar ice cream cones, let them put green frosting on them and decorate with candies. Yum! They inhaled theirs! LOL They love these. I have to get xmas cookies done soon so they can do those too.

And wanted to share the coooolest snow sculpture. A friend of a friend is a radical artist. And he sculpted this oh so cool snow horse fish! At night they have a light on it so it's really cool!!!

K hope you are all having a great weekend! Hoping Matt will sit on Santa's lap tomorrow! Chayce and Josh are ready to list off the gifts they want to him! Hahhaha!

A Super Fun Game!

A super fun game. Spongebob Monopoly! Chayce got it last summer for doing some awesome things around the house. And it's one of our favorite games. So last night, with some Starbucks lattes and hot cocoa with whipped cream in hands, all five of us enjoyed a good game. Too much fun!

And today, Internet Santa had to throw something in the E-Santa-Bag..This cuuuute sewing machine for Chayce! Shhhhhh! Just in time and TY Shari for posting your kids gift wishes. :) I know Chayce will love this!

Sometimes it's good...

To scrap a few days at a time or even week's events rather than just one particular time. Like for me, seeing this page later down the years, I'll for sure remember that getting several pics down on one page goes to show how busy we all were. Yet still, it's all on one page. So we won't forget the highlights. :) Good challenge to do. Challenge yourself to scrap a week's highlights in order to remember those small details you and your family enjoyed doing. :)

This was one FUN scrappy page to scrap! I was going to just share a few pics on the blog like I normally do but then I heard a small sweet voice in my head..that voice belonging to Shar! LOL Remembering her telling me once to just scrap/print/keep the scrapped things I do on this blog. Cuz they are just as important as regular pages. Good PLAN especially since this is the winter holidays, no time for anything, rarely even sleep so at least I have these fun pics to treasure! TY SHAR!

I even ordered this 12" x 12" print from here! I absolutely LOOOVED how my album turned out. Over Xmas break, I'm going to get all caught up on my albums. Uploading all my pages and getting these done and shipped back to me. There is nothing more fun that SEEING and feeling your fingers turn the pages of your incredible artwork album. It's not just a scrappy hobby as some might think..but digi scrapping..putting pieces of art wherever you choose...is such an art form. My art professors from HS and College would agree. So all you artists out there, get those albums done! Fun thing to look through them with you family!:)
