...And here's too many pictures to look at. I just love how this turned out!!!! The desk and chair got a sweet milky/stainey paint bath and now have a warm feel rather than that cold feel from bleach white. Seriously, I redid my old trunk, table and now desk/chair and I am done with all white and pink too! LOL My shabby chic days are kinda over and I'm moving over into a french/rustic/retro/hip/chic kinda feel? Hard to say which design class this falls into. But I love it! This bulletin board is AWESOME! I love sitting down and looking up at things that inspire me. Plus it helps to get some work done knowing what direction I'm going in. :) I was trying to come up with some fun bulletin board tack ideas. I will be making some with buttons for sure. But I remembered I had all these old vintage floral brooches sitting in a box. So I brought those out and am using them for the tacks. Along with some sewing pins too. Just too much fun! Way too fabulous. That stain/paint bath or whatever you called it looks AMAZING! That desk looks like it would look pretty fantastic no matter what color it is but wow. Love love LOVE the fabric bulletin board too and all those pins. So inspiring.
