Sooo, we have been super busy this summer. And now that school is creeping back up slowly, I am trying to get some projects done before it's too late. We are painting the kiddos' rooms. So much fun! I know I would have LOVED to hire someone to paint the inside of our home. But I know myself too well. Once the color got up, I knew I would want to change it. So basically it took me 5 days to decide on the inside color of our home. Finally, Martha Stewart Hemp Rope was the one! I love it. It's seriously the best darn cocoa brown ever. So warm and cozy.
So once that was done (last summer-LOL) of course the rest of the painting gets put on hold due to soccer, skiing, snow, school, school clubs, baseball, softball, swimming...etc. It becomes a nightmare trying to get projects done in our house during the school year. So we had to get the boys room painted and then our sweet daughter's room. Here is the progress of our daughter's room! Pictures of the boys room will be soon to come. Can you guess what color Chayce picked?

See how messy I was? My sweet hubby painted everything perfectly! But when I set foot in her room, all chaos starts. LOL Okay I can't wait to show you more pics! Can you see how much I've changed? From all white shabby to some playful new colors? Not too daring but still. Not all white. More pics to come. I can't wait to find some cool vintage antiques to go in these rooms. And start adding all of the artwork to Chayce's walls. :) OOOH I did repaint her computer chair...an old vintage wooden chair...cherry red! :)
