The magical powder...

Happy New Year 2008 everyone! This was how we celebrated it! OmG the snow was magical powder. And these kiddies of ours pretty much did not want to leave. Soooo, back we'll go soon! And hopefully onto skiiing and snowboarding lessons for all of us. I can't wait!

A Bowling We Will Go....+ a new years freebie..

Happy New Year! Just wanted to share some bowling pics from yesterday! OMG such a blast! Pair it up with nachos, fries, the claw game, sodas and giggles and it makes for one exciting day!  I used my lil Shelia's actions she made for me...she just rocks! LOL I TOTALLY think she should sell these custom actions because one-they save me so much time getting pics done for the bloggie but two-they just ROCK! She is sooooo awesome! Love ya Lanne!

K so have to say that bowling shoes are my all time favorites!  Ever since High School, the eclectic dude named "dale" from Art Class had these shoes...he wore them everyday. They are so radical! I wish I had a pair of pink ones! LOL But to see 'baby' size bowling shoes, just melted my heart! Aren't these the cutest?

Here Mattie is picking out what ball he wanted. Of course guess who got the pink bowling ball? Chayce! LOL Literally Mattie and Josh were so intrigued (always are when we bowl) at where the ball comes out. Peeping down that tunnel imagining that some monster lives in there and he magically delivers the bowling balls back every time. Cracks me up! :)

And then Chayce had to high rise her arms every time she scored. Boy she really bowled well for an 8 yr old. Chris is the master of bowling. All those late nights bowling before college finals really trained him well. I'm no good so this time I sat and watched and shot pics. My kinda fun really.

SO yesterday made for one pretty LONG day! Several hours of fun of bowling and the shopping shopping shopping. I got some awesome new silk BROWN pillows for my couch! Aren't these cute? See no more pink! LOL

And shopping for snow gear for tomorrow. That will be so much fun! We live to be outdoors and the cold and snow doesn't stop us. Enjoy your  New Years everyone! And special freebie to you all! SMJ

Enjoying the splendor...

of Xmas..Did you all have a great one? Totally hope so! Here's just a few snaps of the kiddies ripping open their presents from Santa. These toys were HUGE TASKS to put together! LOL Check out the HUGE MONSTROUS pirate ship that Josh begged Santa for.  Matt loves his Geo Train and Chayce got the whole mansion of Littlest Pets and a ton of Webkinz.  LOL

Some Saturday Fun...

Just wanted to post a few pics of today! I have no idea if you all are like us but lately it's now a rush rush to get all this fun holiday stuff done! LOL Got the xmas cards out yesterday! So whew! And am just starting on the presents!

Today was our annual trip to ride on the Santa train! The kids just go bazerk over this! LOL It's their Polar Express ride and they love seeing Santa on the train.

Also we made our fun Xmas Trees. You use sugar ice cream cones, let them put green frosting on them and decorate with candies. Yum! They inhaled theirs! LOL They love these. I have to get xmas cookies done soon so they can do those too.

And wanted to share the coooolest snow sculpture. A friend of a friend is a radical artist. And he sculpted this oh so cool snow horse fish! At night they have a light on it so it's really cool!!!

K hope you are all having a great weekend! Hoping Matt will sit on Santa's lap tomorrow! Chayce and Josh are ready to list off the gifts they want to him! Hahhaha!

A Super Fun Game!

A super fun game. Spongebob Monopoly! Chayce got it last summer for doing some awesome things around the house. And it's one of our favorite games. So last night, with some Starbucks lattes and hot cocoa with whipped cream in hands, all five of us enjoyed a good game. Too much fun!

And today, Internet Santa had to throw something in the E-Santa-Bag..This cuuuute sewing machine for Chayce! Shhhhhh! Just in time and TY Shari for posting your kids gift wishes. :) I know Chayce will love this!

Playing Dressup....

These guys seriously loove to dress up! Always, always, always, the day after Halloween,  I make sure to head to some toy store or another and pick up  75% off costumes.  This year we got the Star Wars package.   I even got Chayce the Princess Lea costume complete with bun wig! Hilarious.

But these guys of ours love to dress up.   And the collection is growing pretty quickly.  Mr Incredible, Incredible Hulk, Spiderman, Batman, Darth Vader, Storm trooper, Captain Jack, Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Indiana Jones. The cardboard box is overflowing with costumes now.  Hmm..I think daddy needs to make a huge wooden one..possibly decorate with jewels and such so it's like their pirate treasure chest?

Oh and something coool...First step in the RENOVATION....a very chic antique PINK  piece of furniture is now transformed...and guess what COLOR?

Today was the 6-mos check up/cleaning at the kiddie dentist. NO CAVITIES! All three! Oh I'm sooo tickled! :) Cuz I hate cavities..those nasty suckers! :) Had to scrap the event today too! :)

And had to catch up and do this tag by my buddy Shari! LOL

Your partner: The STUDLIEST guy in town! My bestest friend and people think he and I are nuts because we enjoy spending time together more than anyone else we know...aside from our kids. He's the biggest thrill in my life. Love this dude!

Your hair: Auburn Brown hair...no gray...and letting it grow out..even thinking about possible donation eventually to locks of love.

Your mother:  Such a huge help to me in all I do. She will help so much with the kids, painting, redoing stuff, etc...and she's so much fun to shop with. I love her to pieces. 

Your father: My children's biggest JOY!!!!! My dad is the bestest guy in the world, after Chris. He adores his grandkiddies so much and never stops laughing with them.

Your favorite item: MY APPLE COMPUTERS!!!!!   I love my camera too..and my wedding ring.

Your dream last night: I was being chased by a big hairy monster. LOL I have weirdo dreams.

Your favorite drink:  COFFEE~COFFEE~COFFEE and then a huge water from my pink Camelbak and then DIET COKE baby!!!!

Your dream car:  Any Limo with full time driver and car seat buckler.

Dream home: A Shabby Chic cottage in Santa Monica. Decorated wall to ceiling Bountiful Home.

Your fear:  Passing away before these kids are older. I'd hate to see them without their mommy.

Where you want to be in 10 years: Holy Cow..Chayce will be graduating and that is just too freaky to think about now! LOL

You’re not: a speaker.  I hated speech in college and hate it now! I'd rather give birth to triplets with no pain medication! LOL

Punkin Patch 07

That was so much fun! Do you just love going to the punkin' patch? We live for it! Seriously it was so much fun the kids got so tired and cranky afterwards. LOL They loved picking out their pumpkins too! Hope you all get a chance to hit the patch soon for some punkin' pickin' fun!

And look at this...our new dog! LOL No just teasing. I wish. We need to start thinking about getting a dog. Our cat just isn't doing it for us. Well he's my cat but you can throw a ball and play fetch with him. Last night Uncle P-my hubbie's close buddy-came over for dinner and brought his dog Murphy. Such a sweet dog and the kids loved him. So I had to snap one of him. Ahhhh.....
